Healthy Chocolate Mousse

 This plant-based chocolate mousse recipe by Grow the Grin is lighter than most and ready in just a few minutes! 


1/2 large avocado or 1 small

1 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup cacao

Pinch sea salt


Place everything into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into serving bowls and leave to set in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.

Optional; serve with a dollop of coconut yoghurt on top, fresh raspberries and shaved chocolate.
